Mercury's technicians installed and recovered billiards tables across three continents before bringing that standard to Bucharest. This page is the record: the countries, the technical demands, and how they shape the service a Romanian club gets today.
Three continents, one standard
Where the work has taken us
Over roughly three decades, our technicians installed and recovered billiards tables outside Romania, and relocated tournament tables when clubs moved. That experience belongs to the people, not to a brand: the hands doing the work had been on demanding sites long before our Bucharest venue existed.

We list this as a record, not a sales pitch. We do not market ourselves as a vendor in those countries today. The point is narrower: the standard we apply in Bucharest was earned on demanding sites abroad.
Technical demands
What those projects required
Working abroad meant solving problems a factory manual does not cover:
- Non-standard slate formats that had to be levelled without off-the-shelf shims.
- High-humidity rooms, where cloth adhesion behaves differently and the tensioning has to compensate.
- On-site calibration with no factory support, where the table has to play right before anyone signs off.
Each of these shaped how we work now. The precision levelling we use on a Bucharest installation and the cloth-tensioning protocol we follow on a recovering were both refined on sites where there was no second chance.

Based in Bucharest
The same team, now in Romania
The technicians who installed and recovered tables on three continents are based in Bucharest and serve venues across Romania. The same people, the same hands, now working here.
We also keep 12 competition-grade tables in regular play at our own venue. That is daily practice, not a past credential. We see how a table wears under hundreds of hours of play every month.
What we do here covers new installation, cloth recovering, rubber-band replacement, relocation, and repair on equipment installed by others.

We keep the reference list honest. Country and project type, with venue descriptors rather than invented client names:
Approximate dates and documentation are available on request for serious inquiries. We name a client only when that client has agreed to be named.

Our primary service area is Romania. We evaluate international projects case by case, depending on scope and travel. We do not promise broad international availability, because that would not be honest about how we work.
