An evening at Mercury

01The table

The table sets the evening.

What counts is the light above the cloth, the opening break, the people who gather around the table and the way the evening folds itself around the game.

  • 12 pro tables
  • low light over the cloth

02The tournament

Tournament night.

Tuesdays and Fridays from 6 PM, Sundays from 2:30 PM. Regulars know how it goes: the entry list closes, the draw fills up with names, matches and tables are announced. First break on time.

  • rankings and Hall of Fame
  • Mercury Pool Tour
  • Mercury Cup annual final

03On the screens

The match on screen, the game on the cloth.

Only the big matches, on the big screens. You play and watch at the same time without putting the cue down. Football, tennis, handball, billiards, darts: whatever gets the table talking.

  • evening matches, Romanian time
  • big screen above table 1

04Last round

The evening closes late.

Low lights, last games, one drink at the bar before heading out. Sundays the tables close a little earlier, at 1 in the morning.

  • Mon-Sat · 2 PM – 2 AM
  • Sun · 1 PM – 1 AM
  • Carol I 61, floor 2
  1. 01 · The ritual

    Tuesday & Friday 6 PM.
    Sunday 2:30 PM.

You sign up for the tournament, any level. Entry: through the member app or directly with the organiser on tournament day.

  2. 02 · House rules

    You bring the game.
    The competition is already here.

Chalk on every table, your own cue if you have one or a house cue if not. Order a beer and good luck at the table.

  3. 03 · Who we are

    The same people.
    More game behind us.

The same people behind the bar, the same Tuesday evenings nobody misses. A community has formed around the tables that comes back week after week. One evening is enough to get it.

On the screens · Live

Live sport, tables lit, big screens

The big matches are visible from any table: derbies, finals, tournaments. You play and miss nothing.

An honest bar, no airs.
